Feels good, I’m only 0,3 kgs away from not being “obese” according to my BMI. (:
Last week wasn’t that good. I cheated a lot. However, I still lost 1/2 kilos. But this week I’ll lose an entire kilo. I’m currently at like 73,6 kgs. And I’m hoping on 73,3 kgs after this weekend!
Duly noted, if I stopped drinking and eating cheating during the weekend I’d lose weight faster. But I still want to live a little? And if I continue to lose around a kilo every week, I’ll look stunning around Christmas!
I love how realistic that sounds. I won’t disappoint myself this time. :D
